From Hayden Christensen, Harrison Ford, Ewan McGregor, Pedro Pascal, Diego Luna, and Rosario Dawson to John Williams and Giancarlo Esposito, countless influential figures accompanied their fans as a massive crowd celebrated the popular franchise.

However, it is pertinent to note here the grand gathering of "Star Wars" is celebrated every two years but this 2022 event was somewhat unusual. To begin with, the grand gathering of fans and influential people worldwide was orchestrated after a three-year absence since it had been previously canceled in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
As a result, a plethora of fans gathered at the Anaheim Convention Center, California in multifarious colors. Some were costumed in armor while others mimicked the hairstyle of Padme Amidala. As is the case in most "Star Wars" conventions, custom-made lightsabers in the hands of thousands of fans is pretty much a given.

The Opening of the Four-Day Star Wars Event Was Dramatic
Thursday marked the grand opening of the Star Wars Celebration 2022. It was marked by the intoxicating “Hello There!” chant of McGregor (which has been associated with his character for a long time ) and the outstanding choral performance of Williams. The musician performed "Duel of the Fates," as a crowd of drooling fans cheered him on.

McGregor went on to admit that although the franchise did have its low points initially, when things did start coming together and the fans got to experience new episodes, content, and storylines, it was wholesome. He finished off his speech by thanking the "Star Wars" fanbase for their love, warmth, and support over the years as the crowd rocked the Anaheim Center with its ecstatic cheers.
